Shanthi Tailors ships to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland via FedEx International Priority. Delivery from our Chennai workshop takes 7–10 business days.
The UK has one of the world's most active bharatanatyam scenes outside India — from London and Leicester to Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh. We're proud to supply dance costumes, temple jewellery, and accessories to this community.

- Delivery time: 7–10 business days from Chennai
- Tracking: Full FedEx tracking number provided by email once shipped
- Packing: Garments are folded to minimise creasing and packed in protective bags inside a rigid mailer box
UK Customs & Import VAT
Since Brexit, goods shipped to the UK from outside the UK are subject to UK import rules:
- Import VAT (20%): Applied to goods over £135 in value. FedEx will contact you if a payment is required before delivery.
- Customs duty: Clothing and textiles may attract duty depending on the customs commodity code. FedEx handles UK customs clearance.
- We accurately declare all goods on customs forms. Please do not ask us to undervalue shipments.

If your child's Arangetram is coming up, please order at least 10–12 weeks in advance to allow time for tailoring, fittings (we can arrange video fittings), shipping and any last-minute alterations.
