Each product page shows the shipping price for that item. At checkout, after you enter your postcode, you may also see a FedEx option; choose the one you prefer.
Delivery time
- Ready-to-ship items: 5–9 working days (2–3 days to pack in Chennai, then the courier).
- Made-to-measure costumes: about 30 working days to stitch, then shipping.
- Every parcel is tracked; you get the tracking number by email when it ships.
Customs and import duty
Import duties or taxes, if any, are charged by your country on delivery. They are not part of our price.
Payment
Pay securely by international credit or debit card. Your card is charged in Indian rupees and your bank converts the amount.
Returns
We do not accept returns. If a parcel arrives damaged in transit, contact us and we will arrange an exchange once the damage is verified. See our refund and returns policy.
