1. How does Shanthi Tailor work?
Our process is simple and convenient. You start by selecting the type of clothing you want, Patterns. Then, you provide measurements and choose fabrics, styles, and customisation options. Our skilled tailors will craft your garment, and we'll ship it to your doorstep once it's ready.

2. Are the clothes truly custom-made?
Absolutely! We take pride in offering genuinely custom-made clothing. You provide your precise measurements, and our tailors handcraft each piece to match your specifications. This ensures a perfect fit and unique design every time.

3. How do I take accurate measurements?
We provide detailed guidelines on how to measure yourself accurately. You can find measurement guides on our website and video tutorials to assist you. If you're still unsure, our customer support team is here to help you.

4. Can I choose different fabrics and styles?
Yes, we offer a wide range of fabrics and styles to choose from. Whether you prefer classic, modern, or traditional designs, we have options that cater to your taste. You can explore the available choices on our website while customizing your order.

Dance Costumes are made using the following material Options

1. Silk Cotton running material with normal jari
2. Silk cotton running material with Kanchipuram jari
3. Dharamvaram silk saree
4. Artificial Kanchipuram Sarees
5. Pure Kanchipuram silk saree

**** We cant stitch using any polyester or less-quality silk material.

5. What if my garment doesn't fit perfectly?
Our goal is to ensure a perfect fit, but if your garment needs adjustments, we have kept options where you can remove stitches to enlarge them. Simply reach out to our customer support team, and we'll guide you through the steps do the adjustments.

6. What Kind of Jewelleries are used for Dance ?

We have few Variants of jewellery used for Bharatnatyam and kuchipidi. The Original Temple Jewellery are the traditional dance jewellery used for professional and learned dancers, these are the jewellery made from pure silver and top layer are pasted with a thin 24Ct Gold Foil. These are roughly starts from 75000INR. The Next Variant is Margam Jewellery which is made from copper base and almost looks like a temple jewellery, the 3rd variant is the imitation jewellery made from normal metal

7. How long does it take to receive my order?
The crafting time for each order varies based on the complexity and customization options chosen. Generally, it takes around [3to 4 ] weeks from the time you place the order to when it's ready to be shipped. You can find estimated delivery times on each product page.


8. How do I track my order?
Custom made Dance Costume and jewellery will take 3*5 Weeks for delivery and all other readily available items are shipped in 4-5 working days time.  Once your order is ready to be shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. You can use this information to stay updated on the status of your delivery.

9. Is my personal information secure?

We take your privacy and security seriously. Your personal information is protected using advanced encryption methods. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 days of placing it. After that window, our tailors begin the crafting process. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order.
