Customs & Import Duties
Shipments to EU countries and Switzerland are subject to local customs duties and VAT on import. Here is what to expect:
- EU countries: Items valued over €150 attract import VAT and may attract additional customs duty. FedEx handles the customs clearance process and contacts you if any payment is required.
- Switzerland: Separate from the EU, Switzerland applies Swiss customs tariffs and MWST (VAT) on import. FedEx International handles the Swiss customs process.
- Norway: Items over NOK 350 may attract Norwegian VAT on import.
- We mark all packages accurately on customs forms. Please do not ask us to undervalue goods — it causes customs delays and legal risk for both parties.
Tip: Import duties are the buyer's responsibility. For large orders (full Arangetram sets), we recommend contacting your local FedEx office in advance to get a duty estimate.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a FedEx tracking number by email. You can track your parcel at fedex.com or via the FedEx app. Most European shipments have consistent daily scan updates from Chennai through to your door.
